• We do not store, read, or analyze the content of your API prompts or model responses.
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of our platform.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• To provide and maintain our API services
• To calculate billing based on token usage
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse
• To communicate important service updates
• To respond to support requests

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and access controls on our infrastructure.

Account information is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for billing and service monitoring purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

• AI Model Providers: Your API requests are forwarded to upstream AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) according to the model you select. Their respective privacy policies apply to the processing of your prompts.
